Ground bars are processed by centerless grinding, delivering superior surface finish, which makes them relatively higher in price.
1. Surface Features
The surface of ground bars is machine-finished with an attractive appearance, ideal for manufacturing high-precision components.
2.Tolerance Performance
Ground material features tight tolerances. Most customers use them for shaft production. The standard tolerance is approximately ±0.05 mm. We can achieve ±0.004 mm if tighter tolerance is required.
3.Straightness Requirement
Ground bars undergo straightening treatment prior to grinding. Therefore, they have good straightness and are easy to turn.
